I am married, have two daughters, am 48 and need to loose weight. I am trying to get in shape as best I can. I have MI issues, fibromyalgia and many more physical problems. I really want to do my best with all issues. I have two bialogical grand daughters. My son-in-law's sister has three children and I am grandma to them too and I love them as my own. I think all children are wonderful and do so much to brighten a persons day.

I asked my daughter who has had fibromyalgia for a decade now--I am copying her answer here:

Colly:get a big rubber band (actually the stuff they use to make a tourniquet works perfect) put it in a door then pull like a curl and then also pull from behind to front like a lifting machine

Colly: believe it or not the giant rubber stuff works wonders in resistance and costs just a couple dollars. I screwed two big eye hooks (like we used on the old screen door LOL) in the door frame and tie the band off but you can thread it thru between the door and frame tie it like a big loop then close the door tight and the door provides the resistance.

Hope this might be of some help..............Una Lee
