I am married, have two daughters, am 48 and need to loose weight. I am trying to get in shape as best I can. I have MI issues, fibromyalgia and many more physical problems. I really want to do my best with all issues. I have two bialogical grand daughters. My son-in-law's sister has three children and I am grandma to them too and I love them as my own. I think all children are wonderful and do so much to brighten a persons day.

Hallo CONCERNED!
I had a quick look at your tracker, and I think you and I weigh exactly the same nr at the moment. May we both never see 192lb ever again.

Thank you for the facts and for the great info you shared. I am so getting back to you to find out how you kept your weight stable from 15-44 (Depression is the pits, and you are working through it, so that does not count)
Thank you for the Dill Pickle secret. I will definitely keep them in mind. I can SO live without marshmallows and ice cream and whipped cream, but not so much without milk and cheese and steak. I am able to eat three quarters of a cup of food every two hours. I don't really want my stomach to stretch a whole lot more than that.
You are doing so well. Good for you, Sparkie!
Thank you for the knowledge you shared. I really treasure it, I am still learning.
Bless you

"I will persist until I succeed. Always will I take another step.
If that is of no avail I will take another, and yet another.
In truth, one step at a time is not too difficult.... I know that small attempts, repeated, will complete any undertaking."
