Hi from the sunny south. The older I get the more I learn and wish that I would have done so many things differently along the way. Oh well, can't go back only forward. My goal is to eat better and exercise more. It sure gets harder the older you get.

My Goals:
1. Lose weight
2. Eat better
3. Give up the sweets
(or at least cut way down!)

My Program:
I am counting calories and trying to eat balanced meals. I eat 6 times per day. Cutting way back on the portion sizes.

Exercising at least 5 days a week. Cardio and weights

Hi and welcome to the I Hate Exercise team! I'm so glad that you chose our team to join. It's a fantastic team filled with wonderful people that are extremely supportive, motivating, encouraging and even humorous! I know you'll love it as much as I do.

We start a new check in thread each morning and even though it's not required to check in daily, I highly recommend posting on it whenever you get the chance. It's where you'll really get to know some of the others and it's also a great place to get that extra support or hugs and warm fuzzies whenever you might be needing them. We have some ongoing games, a "question of the day", and we even have a venting thread for those days you just feel like pulling your hair out, or someone elses for that matter!

We have several goals and challenges set up so please check them out and join in wherever you would like. If you wear a pedometer, then we have a Steps Challenge in our Workout Room that we would love to have you join us on. We are trying to get a combined total of 25 million steps by the end of the year. Please let us know if you need anything or if you have any questions or suggestions for the team.

We are a very laid back team so grab some coffee, tea or water and come on in! See you on the boards!!
