Thank you for spending the time to read my blog - I think having just put that blog together - the first time I have actually put the developing story together like that and now the penny has dropped - and I am beginning to realise what I have done!! So - I'm just a bit slow in the uptake!! LOL!!
However it has proved one thing to me that if I can do it anyone can do it and you will find that the results are way beyond your wildest dreams!!

this is a good one

4-6 frozen chicken brest(I like frozen for the crock pot)
2cans black beans rinsed
2cans chopped tomatos drained
2-4cups frozen peppers and onion
cumin(as you like it)
salt and pepper(over the chicken and then again over the peppers and onions)

Slow cook for 7hrs on low..............SO GOOD!!

so I ended up eating Ben and Jerry, that's right both of them, I feel like a cow,but boy were they good.

I really miss you on FB emoticon it's so sad, I'm such a losser. I hope all is going well and you're doing lots of hard work and fun workouts.

I ate about six pickels today emoticon boy TOM gets the best of me emoticon
