I recommend adding your first name to your signature line (edited on your Spark Page, bottom right.) This allows us to get to know you not only by your username but in a more friendly first-name basis.

I've lived in Nashville since 1984 and I work-out at Urban Active Murfreesboro Rd. Since I joined Spark People and started my weight-loss journey, I have lost 57 lbs & 31.5 inches... slow and steady but continual.
Historically, I have put myself on "diets" and moaned, groaned and complained to being deprived... I had DIET RAGE! This time it is different. My positive attitude is what is different for me this time. ELIMINATING EXCUSES is my mantra... Only positive thoughts and motivational attitudes...it’s the elusive key to weight-loss success and a happy life!
