Walking as often as I can, Aqua Fitness twice a week at 8 am. Gets it out of the way and my day off to a good start. The only problem is thinking about swimming on cold, snowy February mornings.
Single mom of 2 teenagers!! All three of us are in college. Yep!
I am a certified pharmacy tech and walk about a mile everyday just at work!!
