Hi!! Your not alone in your struggle...and if you can keep checking out Sparkpeople, you dont have to be alone in your Journey! What helped me start out was doing the 10 min spark people videos...if I could do 10 minutes of exercise...I was usually able to make it 20, and 30!

I see that you are a tired today. Do what I did. Search YouTube for Beginners Zumba. I did just 5 minutes of one and I am really pumped up and let me tell you I am NOT one of those bouncy little chicks that move around like the wind. I resemble more of a walrus. But it is simple and fun. And it helped me shake the I WANTA GO BACK TO BED mood.
