Here We Go Again!
Fall seven times, get up eight... I've gotten this far, and have paused for a couple of months. Time to start again, from where I am. I love all my friends here at SparkPeople and the support everyone gives. WE CAN DO IT!!!!

Personal Information:
I'm a professor at a junior college. I live in NJ with my husband and 2 dogs. I have 2 sons: one is married and has a beautiful baby daughter, and the other is at Westminster Choir College majoring in music education and minoring in musical theater. I love scrapbooking (recently into digital), rubber stamping, jewelry making, cross stitch, photography, music, and reading. I take flute lessons, and am also working with a trainer at my gym.
Other Information:
Current goals: Exercise daily for a minimum of 20 minutes. No excuses. 64 ounces of water a day. Increase fruits and veggies - have them prepped on the weekend, and pack them for meals at work. Record everything I eat and use the analysis to guide me the next day. Breathe. Experience. Maintain a positive attitude, even when you don't feel it.
