I want to be able to change my eating habits along with adding in exercise. Making sure to keep this going for my weight loss and to maintain that weight loss. For me I need to control my food.
Living in Mississippi. have lived in lots of places as my husband is retired military. We have 2 adult kids and I am 52 yrs old.
I want to be able to fit into my pink jeans. This is why my first goal is 200 cause then they will fit lol.
I know, I cannot believe all the parts of the body that affects, and now that I don't have the bandages, I am feeling the pain in my back again and the walk isn't hurting my legs (because they're back to the way they shouldn't be and so not adjusting).

Yes! DUH! The park! Only place we haven't been. I've had a really rough few days. Have actually been in bed the last 2. Off track fitness wise the worst. Have missed 2 walk, Friday and Monday. Eating horrendous all weekend.
Finally rested and feeling better! Getting back on track with my diet today and back on schedule with my walks tomorrow! It's not too late to try to run into the same gals at the park walking today. Maybe they've heard something. Off we go!
I loved your idea, but the problem is, both of my feet have the bandages on them, so I couldn't do that without getting water all over the floor....I tried to see if it would work, and nope, didn't, so I resorted to the sponge baths, but no more, I CAN BATHE AGAIN YAY or shower, and swim and everything... I'm so happy *L*
