Central Oregon Mom
hi! I live in Central Oregon, where it's rural and high desert. I love the sunshine! I have 2 school age children, work full-time, volunteer and find it difficult to make time for exercise! I also have a child who is gluten-free which can limit some of our meal choices. I'm hoping to get lots of support to make a few minutes a day so I can be healthy!

Saw on the People w/ Allergies Huddle you needed support. Just stopping by to say hello. Some days can be really frustrating, just try to keep your goals in front of you and do the best you can. Don't be too hard on yourself, and remember to reward yourself for small achievements. You are making progress and now weigh 10 pounds less than you did when you started.
