For me and my family

I am a shift-working dispatcher. I eat too much junk, too late at night, and sit at a desk for 10 hour shifts...sometimes more. What little sleep I get is from about 4 a.m. to 10 a.m. then I am up with my kids until it's time to go back into work. This hasn't left much time for taking care of myself (eating right and exercising)....but that is why I am here now and trying to change all of that.

Hi my name is Margie and I am the new team leader for Sparked Night Shidfters. I see you wor at night as a dispatcher, and understand how working overnights is trying. it DOESNT leave much time for anything. Anyway, I strongly believe that our team is one of the most important ones someone living the third shift life can have. We face unique challeneges that no other team can address. I have worked hard to get people back in and talking, as well as doing my research and posting links that I feel are helpful.
