I did ok on my race this wkend but I figured my time might have been faster...I still won in my division...next race for me is my 1st 10k this yr...I ran one three yrs ago but I don't have anything really to compare..I hope to finish under an hr...but I have heard that the really big leaps in running are from 10k to 1/2 marithons and from 1/2 marithon to full marithons..I want to run at least 2 1/2 marithons this yr. and start training for a full one next yr..that's my plan and I'm sticking to it...I really have enjoyed running since I have started and I think ppl. see a growth in my because of it..I feel more confident and I use it to keep myself motivated to cont. loosing wt..I am going to try and drop a couple of pds before my next race on the 27th..shouldn't be too hard..I am really siked up for it..thanks for your comments on my page...you look awsome....keep on doing whatever you're doing have a great summer..Rico 2597 days ago

Hey! Soo good to hear from you this morning! I was a little surprised with my weigh in this morning - I haven't done well getting to the gym this week and have been hitting the high end of my calorie range with the exception of yesterday - so either my loss is water weight or I haven't been eating enough calories when I do workout - every week seems like a guessing game.....I am learning though.
