Every SMALL choice I ever made changed MANY lives outside of mine. I would never change anything painful that affected me because it would take away from the people who got something out of my choice. :)

I have been gone from Spark for a long time. I recently underwent major surgery. They found a huge mass where my ovary used to be. When I say big.... picture 9 months pregnant big. I had lost some weight from my highest weight of 335. Down to around 300, this mass weighed over 15 pounds.

My 8 year relationship ended as soon as he found out about my serious health problems and I might not be able to conceive :( I waited so long to have kids and now my health issues might not allow me to have kids.

I met a man who is exactly my opposite, and I was so worried about how different we were. He stood beside me through everything. I weighed 323 when I started dating him and I got down to 280, he was always here now matter my weight or size or health issues. He slept on the floor at the hospital when I was recovering. He is truly the love of my life.

I have been on rest since the surgery. December 18, 2013 they removed that huge life threatening mass. I started to be able to move, but February 12, 2014 I stretched and hurt myself, so I'm back on the bed :-( On the plus side..... He proposed on February 12! and I said YES!

So I'm not able to work out and I still want to lose weight, so I'm coming back here to COMMIT TO MYSELF!

******UPDATE********** 12/13/14

I have gained all my weight I lost and then some! No good :( still battling health issues, but I've gotta make the change.

My goals are to change my LIFESTYLE to be honest with myself and love myself. My physical and emotional goals are to have a healthy body image and be able to shop in the regular section of stores instead of plus size.



I want to have a family someday and I want to be healthy BEFORE I get pregnant.


My Program:
drink lots of water



eat more fruits and veggies



record EVERYTHING even if I ate something I should not have



drink less soda



Cardio 5-6times/week



Mondays and Thursday Lower body workout



Tuesday and Friday Upper body workout



Wednesday and Saturday Core workout



Personal Information:
I've spent much of the last ten years travelling living all over from Indiana to California, Louisiana to Nevada, Arizona, Hawaii, New Mexico to wherever the next dart dropped on the map. But, Im from AZ!! I love to change my hair color. Tattoos. Piercings are rad. I met an amazing guy in my hometown when I was here visiting from Hawaii, fell in love and we've faced car wrecks, life threatening illnesses, and struggle, but he never leaves. He is flawed and so am I, but we make each other better!
