My Goals:
My first goal is to loose 27 lbs by December 1. Then I want to loose another 30 lbs by June 1.

First Goal met November 6!

REACHED MY END GOAL! 2 months early on April 3, 2010

Total weight lost 57 pounds!

After reaching my goal of 135 I decided to loose 3 more pounds so my total lost will be 60 lbs. I figured if I came this far, what's 3 more lbs. LOL

My Program:
I am tracking everything that I eat and keeping my calories around 1300. I also am going to Curves 6x a week and walking 1 day a week
