My Goals:
To lose 10% of my weight this year. To avoid becoming diabetic. To live life with grace and gusto.
My Program:
Get plenty of cardio and lift weights regularly. Stop eating at 7:00 p.m. No eating mindlessly. Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables every day. Eat whole grains. Quit eating before becoming FULL. Love life.
