Living healthy, hopeful, and happily

I'm planning to make some lifestyle changes so my life can be fuller, and my body healthier.

30 pounds has managed to slowly creep on in the past 3 years. A little disheartening after an initial 60 lb weight loss 5 years ago. I'd like to get back to that healthier weight. My lifestyle goals to get there are to exercise at least a little each day (initially a minimum of 10 minutes 5 days/week), drink more water (min 64 oz), sleep more (at least 7.5 hrs/night), and consume less ...

My Goals:
I would like to feel healthier. Losing 25 pounds would go a long way toward making that goal.

My Program:
walking, rowing machine, strength training, yoga, yard work, increased water consumption, increased sleep, less sugar.
