Thanks for chekcing in on me. I just need support in general. People to keep me sane. I just stated the new job ( hence why I haven't been on ) and it dosne't leave much time to check up on things. Training is all day and once I get home it's eat, relax for 5 minutes them back to sleep! well the week is half over so things should be much closer to normal by Friday.

I'm not letting this completely stop me though. I started walking a lot more on purpose so that is helping me get back into the swing of exercise everyday. It's not a lot but it's a start. I'm using public tranportation for work so I walk to and from the bus stop everyday and I'm trying to get some walking in each day during lunch. It's a big improvement over what I was doing ( nada ). SO i'm pretty proud of that. now let's hope the scale is as proud as I am! :)
