New Year, New Focus, New Goals….

Its all about the choices we make each and every day:
*Today, I choose to put God first and focus on Him.
*Today, I choose to drink 80 ounces of water.
*Today, I choose to stretch properly and walk.
*Today, I choose prepare for tomorrow.

+Tomorrow, I will choose to start the day renewed and forgive myself for mistakes I made today.
+Tomorrow I will be another day closer to my goal.

Consistancy is the key to getting to where I want to be!

It is suppose to warm up this week coming up . I like the Spring and Fall weather the best. Summer is so hot, I still like it. It makes us sweat and that is good for us, we have so much air conditioning anymore. The winter gets so cold , I still like it to it kills germs and looks so pretty. BUT it is murder on the skin older people need to be more careful not to fall .
Ok not sure why I wrote all of that all I wanted to say is enjoy the good weather we have coming And focus on the goal!

Gd bless those around the world that have mud slides and earth quakes.

What a great day! Went for a mile walk again with my love. There was my cardio. Then I have been working cleaning for 3 hrs. I have laundry going and when I got down to change it to the dryer I plan on strength training for maybe 15 min. Hope you are doing well!!! emoticon emoticon
