Hi, I'm Ted. I'm 6'4" coming down from 240 lbs in January 2012, weighing in at 192 lbs (October). I work out every chance I get, whether it be classes at the gym or on the Wii. right now, I'm working on body fat and getting in better shape for basketball season (which this will be the first time in years I can do!)

My Goals:
Drop about 35 lbs, get rid of my belly and learn some better, sustainable habits. - Accomplished this plus Short Term: Get on a basketball team and go back to martial arts with my son.
My Program:
- Elliptical and Treadmill at the gym. - All sorts of Wii games - Take walks and use the stairs at work.
