Garret is my 2nd son. He is my talker and helper. Always on the go!

Living Life Again
I am a 43yo sahm to 3 boys (16, 5 and 2.5) It's about time I take charge of my life again. I have been careless far too long. I have a wonderful husband and 3 fabulous boys in my life and I don't want to miss a moment more! I am on the road to a much healthier life!

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to weigh around 145, but I will be happy being under 300 right now! I know I will have to set small goals at first.. but in the long run I will be better off.
I want to be able to do more activites with my boys.
My Program:
No program yet, it's still in the works as I just joined and getting used to things.
I need to change my way of thinking for sure!
Personal Information:
We live in a small farming community in NE Colorado.
I love to work outside in the yard, walk and go for bike rides with the family. (well when I was able!)
Other Information:
I wish I had more time to read, but the boys really keep me busy. We own a business so my husband is working long hrs 6 days a week.
