I'm doing okay today. Still in my nightie and it's almost time to go back to bed. ha. Snowy lazy day.

Dad made the Tuna Cassarole and I looked in the reciepes before he made it and there wasn't any for it. So I added the receipe and I submitted it. It is not a new one I made up, it is old as the hills except I put fat free Pringles on top. It has 408 calories per serving. It was really good and we had for lunch and dinner. I bought some individual cassarole dishes at Ross's Dept. Store in Pueblo for 4/$5 and they work really well. I hope the group that checks out receipes don't think I thought I invented something new but they are always having noodles or rice and then a vegetable and fish or something. I just combinded them all for the old "Comfort" food.
