Happy Tuesday to you. I hope your self-discipline is coming along well. I have setbacks too as I'm sure we all do, no workouts on Friday or yesterday so I'll pay for that later this week, but its important to recognize that we need days like that. If we do not fail at times, we are not trying anymore. That's what an old boss used to tell me. But, i'm back at it today and it feels pretty good.
A thought to your plateau... you said you ate over your calorie allowance; maybe that is what helped get you past it? I have heard others talk about tricking the system by using calories, under one day, over another, etc. ???
