To develop self-discipline by not giving up.

Lose weight and gain muscle/tone, until I'm happy with how I look, regardless of WHAT number is on the scale.

Not be embarrassed to be naked... (or in a bathing suit).

To be happy (or at least happier) with the way I look by the time my boyfriend comes home.

My Program:
Phase 1:

Walking daily. (I try for at least 2 miles, when my body lets me)

Make Healthier food choices, stay within my calorie ranges on my nutritional tracker, and get enough nutrients, including Calcium and Fiber.

Use the elliptical machine for at least 10 minutes a day.

Happy Tuesday to you. I hope your self-discipline is coming along well. I have setbacks too as I'm sure we all do, no workouts on Friday or yesterday so I'll pay for that later this week, but its important to recognize that we need days like that. If we do not fail at times, we are not trying anymore. That's what an old boss used to tell me. But, i'm back at it today and it feels pretty good.

A thought to your plateau... you said you ate over your calorie allowance; maybe that is what helped get you past it? I have heard others talk about tricking the system by using calories, under one day, over another, etc. ???
