My Goals:
*Make working out a regular part of my schedule.

*Lose that bit of jiggly in the arms and fluff on the tummy ;-)

*Maintain an upbeat mindset and smiling face.

*Decrease stress!

*Look amazing in a wedding dress and make my stud muffin proud he's marrying me!

My Program:
*Work out 3x a week.

*Drink 8 cups of water a day.

*Get (at least) 5 servings of fruits and veggies a day.



Other Information:
Likes:
Movies (classic, indie and foreign are my fav's), laughter, listening to latin music while cleaning, music in general, baking stuff, knitting stuff, walking woodsy trails, my amazing friends, cardio salsa, roadtrips, wildflowers, people who smile alot, my guy.
Dislikes:
Negative people, doing dishes, crunches!!

So what is it you are doing as your fitness regime? I need to find something inspiring. The only one I enjoy is Pilates, though the fitness counter says it doesn't burn many calories. I wonder if its taking into consideration all the extra poundage I am hefting around while I'm doing this. :)

Leah and I will definitely be there Saturday. Kevin is working all weekend, poor guy, so he may or may not be there. Tons of festivals around the area with their equipment that he has to keep stocked. Boo to that, I say. Can't wait to see you!

After your facebook post about working out, I thought you might be back on here! Kevin and I are pretty serious about getting in to shape too. I can't believe we've wasted almost the whole summer! Time to get moving and stop making excuses. We can do this!

Hey! Now the holidays are over, its time to get our butts in shape! I've done pilates Saturday and was SO sore the next day I had to ride my recumbent bike instead, and I'm going to do it again today! You can do it too!
