You are the sweetest and always so supportive!! :D I hope I keep my promise about getting away from the 190's for good. There is nothing exciting about the 190's, so I need to let them go. This Disneyland goal is keeping me focused.
I don't think there is any right or wrong way to log your weight. I know that when I stopped logging gains, I gained 40 pounds LOL! I need the accountability of posting the gains, but a lot of people don't. :) I also do BLC so I have to log my weight weekly for that. But I like doing it on my page so that I have the record. I have my weekly weighins consistently for the last 2 years (with a few misses) which is pretty cool. :) :)
