Been sparking, working out 3 wk. progress is going well! Losing about 7lbs,, I lost the spark for a while But thank god for sp community for their support. I check in often.

12.20.10--I have stretched my goal to FEB 2011. I will be turning 20 really soon. My plan is to drop the little body fat I have left& look amazing in my b-day dress. And after that is spring break which means bikini time lol. So I'm in the gym at least 4 times a week and eating healthy. Although it is sometimes it can be a struggle, but sparking is what works and I will continue to do for life. Patience and dedication!!! I want to weigh at least 122 lbs by April '11, as well as tone up. I still have the SPARK. I'm increasing my workout intensity & strictly eating clean, so Ill be there in no time:) I will not fall of the bandwagon no matter what.

Hi Everyone, I go to Umass Lowell, a college sophomore. I struggled with the "freshman 15," but I am losing that and more. I started this journey in April 2010, but I joined SP because I wasn't achieving any results. My goal is to fit into a size 6, something Ive never been. I am pushing myself and changing my relationship with food. This journey means so much. It means being fully confident, looking good, and lastly when i look in the mirror I'm content with my size. I am proud to say that finally there.

Motivation for MOI:
Jessica Burciaga is a big inspiration on remaining healthy and fit. It's taken me a while to accept my bod and I stumbled on her after seeing her in a recent Jamie Foxx video. She has the exact body shape as me, it's so strange. She keeps me going and SP too. Although she doesn't work out everyday, she is big on eating in moderation.

-Reach 130lbs *belly piercing DONE 8/30
-Toned legs & stomach * Cut off shorts & maxi dresses
-Add new fitness activities
-Eat Clean Mon-Sat. One cheat meal
-Focus on how i feel rather than the scale
-7-8 months reach GW
-Patience, b/c nothing easy is worth having

My Program:
I',m working out 3-4 ti mes a wk at a minimum of 30-45 minutes. Cardio, and Yoga, Strength Training will bring me to a healthy weight. I have a new found love for running at 5am(summer workout reggie). I am really pushing myself and staying away form unhealthy food, Bye junk food and soda:) Portion control as well will add to my success. I am motivated and ready. Taking action in 1, 2, 3....

    i'm ONE POUND of fat!
    and i am the happiest pound of fat,

    do you want to know why?

    it's because no one ever wants to lose me!
    i'm ONLY one pound, just a pound!

    never ONLY one!
