Biggest Loser is the name. It's a 10 week commitment with 10 teams of 24 members each. Main requirements are to weigh in each week and do the interteam challenges (ITC's). Our inter team challenges) consist of exercise and nutrition. They are very helpful in losing the weight and inches and it's fun to compete with other teams for points. Individual teams might have mini challenges of their own. If you are interested, go to my spark page and click on the blue Biggest Loser team icon.

I hadn't really thought of walking to combat caffeine. I tried water, but it just wasn't cutting it. I told myself no coffee (with cocoa of course) on Friday, but I gave in and had a little. I do need to try a quick 5-10 minute walk next time. I could even go outside... that would really wake me up!
So far, I'm doing pretty well at getting more sleep. But it is the weekend, so we'll see how Tuesday goes (I have tomorrow off for MLK day).
