Just trying to be somebody...

I've shed about 20 lbs since May, and just have been STUCK for a long while (so it seems). I know if I dedicate myself to this I can do it.

Trying to kick that last little bit...for the first time ever.

My Goals:
- reach goal weight in a healthy manner

- feel good about myself

- drink more water

- cut out diet soda

- wear a bikini proudly :)

My Program:
I am doing a modified South Beach program with lots of veggies and fruits. I am tracking calories for the first time...ever. Cutting out diet soda, drinking more water and exercising 5 days per week with some strength/core thrown in!

Hey Colleen! Is that a 312 beer you're holding in the photo? Just curious. :p I've been staying away from the beers & the drinks lately to lose weight ... but I miss them!
