Almost there

HI -- I have made huge lifestyle changes in the past four years. I have gone from 226 to 150s. However, I am creeping up a little and I really want to get a handle on this. I do great when I am in my routine but if something throws me off (like travel or sickness) it takes me a really long time to get back on track. I need to remind myself that a treat is one meal -- not three weeks.
