Hi,
Saw your post from 2/3 about not getting results.
I have trouble getting motivated in the Winter months.
I'm starting to get back on the wagon.
I think half of it is mental, you have to want it, you have to stick to it.
DRINK alot of water - 72 - 84oz. per day (I count tea and coffee in with that total)
When you exercise, really concentrate on it.
When you eat, really measure it. Write down the calories (something I'm totally sick of doing and I suppose I cheat that way).
This is HARD work - but we can do it.

He is adorable. Thank you. Rex is my sons puppy, ours passed away, so I am taking a break from my own dog. We baby sit Rex often on weekends and he is so much fun. They are great to make you laugh. and laughter is the best medicine!!!
