"Allow yourself to dream and fantasize about your ideal life;
what it would look like, and what it would feel like.
Then do something every day to make it a reality!"

"Your dreams are calling to you right now, calling for you to begin living them in this very moment.
Stop holding yourself back, and let yourself be all you know you can be."

“Although time seems to fly, it never travels faster than one day at a time.
Each day is a new opportunity to live your life to the fullest.
In each waking day, you will find scores of blessings and opportunities for positive change.
Do not let your TODAY be stolen by the unchangeable past or the indefinite future! Today is a new day!”

"Above all else, do NOT quit! The universe always bows to persistence.
The empowering approach is to see your physical challenges as assets, because overcoming obstacles forces you to develop discipline, determination and character.
These traits will carry over to other areas of your life and make you a stronger person.”
-Tom Venuto

"Defeat may test you; it need not stop you. If at first you don't succeed, try another way.
For every obstacle there is a solution. Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence.
The greatest mistake is giving up."

Thank you for taking the time to comment on my blog, "The Secret Is Out." Have a healthy and successful day!

PS: I WAS skipping workouts, but not anymore. I haven't missed a workout at all this month, I'm really proud of that even though my eating was way off track at first. (Got that under control too...today is day 4 of that!) I love to workout, it takes a LOT to make me miss a session. This month I am doing Coach Nicole's 28 Day Bootcamp, and Les Mills Pump. I made my hubby chuckle the other day...I finished my Les Mills workout, and then I flexed my muscles at him (they're under there somewhere) and said "Hey bro, do you even lift?" I'm glad he gets my weird sense of humor! Anyway, thanks for your concern, I do appreciate it!
