I live in Norfolk, UK.
I have 3 children but none live at home.
I have 2 dogs who want lots of walking . Both are rescued dogs from a local dog's home (dog's trust) Kai we have had since June 2008 and Mindy we got in July 2009.

Don't get too discouraged. The most frustrating thing about giving this a whirl is trying to find out what works for you. You'll find it, I have faith. In the meantime, don't give up! Back On Track team members are here for you. I get that way too sometimes. You said swimming is getting easier, not sure about the clothes. So, you see, things are working! Just keep hammering it. I have added you as a friend if you don't mind.
