Happily Starting again.....

Hi Everyone! I am here to make a lifestyle change. I am trying to overcome my emotional eating habits and start a regular exercise program.

Well I am NOT back to square one but still need to work. Just had my 3rd and last baby 2 weeks ago. Didn't gain as much this time but more than I would like. Fortunately I KNOW how to lose it this time so I am going to attempt to repeat my successful actions.

I missed my regular energy and exercise this past 9 months so much! I still ran until I couldn't and then I walked but I can't wait to get back into racing and functional training. Right now I can only control my diet for a few more weeks until I can back to running.

I worked and traveled the world before I settled here in Idaho.

My husband owns a small business so we are here to stay.

Thank you for your support on my blog! You are right - it's a new day, every day. I just read a comment on another blog where someone said she has to track her nutrition or she tends to pretend she's doing okay. Oh man, could I related to that! It is exactly the problem I had for the last 10 months. I was pretending I was doing okay - until I couldn't pretend anymore (or, ha ha, button my pants). :)

Hey girl, nice to see you in Tunisia... Sounds like you have lived an adventure. I know what you mean with enjoying stability, BUT.... Aren't you glad you had all the oppurtunities as well. Sure would love to know all about it.
