Its time for another new me!!!
I started here at sparkpeople in the summer of 2006. By October 2006 I had went from 200lbs to 167lbs. In November a flashflood practically destroyed the place I call home and with all the clean up and in the midst of ending a stressful semester at college I stopped my program and started eating. I figured I could just let myself eat whatever for a little while and get back on track. Well a little while turned into 6 months and I now weigh more than when I started the first time. I tried ...

In November a flashflood practically destroyed the place I call home and with all the clean up and in the midst of ending a stressful semester at college I stopped my program and started eating. I figured I could just let myself eat whatever for a little while and get back on track. Well a little while turned into 6 months and I now weigh more than when I started the first time. I tried several times to get back on track after falling off but just couldn't commit myself to it until now. (May 2007) I've realized some things during this past year about myself that I could have never imagined before. I know I am a strong willed person and I have determination to succeed in what I do! I quit smoking May 19th, 2006 cold turkey and have been puff free for a little over a year now. As hard as that was it doesn't compare to the struggle I deal with in weight loss!!!

My Goals:
My new goal for myself is to commit to this lifestyle all over again. I am not worried about what I weigh anymore because when I get obsessed with the number I start to back slide. I am more interested in my health and do not want to suffer from the illnesses that run through my family.
My Program:
I am a calorie counter all the way and make better choices in the foods I eat. I also have been working out 4 days a week.

My name is Nichole. I am 26 years old. I have been married to my husband David for 5 years. I have 4 children, daughter age 8, daughter just turned 4 and twin boys who will turn 3 July 07. I am a full time college student.
