I try to eat less processed foods and eat 5x a day to boost my metabolism.

eat foods based on the 6 week body make over plan. I am the TYPE A Endomorph.

If it is just that simple why do we constantly struggle?

Thank you so much for your words of encouragement. You are so right that we as overweight people are discriminated against because of our weight. Other than my weight and my gyn issues.,I am a healthy. I read the article and website you suggested. It will be another great source for me for motivation and information.
