2) Read labels and if you can't pronounce the ingredient, dont eat it.
3) Eliminate processed foods. Stop being lazy and cook from scratch. This way, you can control the added fats, sugar and sodium.

I try to eat less processed foods and eat 5x a day to boost my metabolism.

eat foods based on the 6 week body make over plan. I am the TYPE A Endomorph.

If it is just that simple why do we constantly struggle?

Hey Lady!!! How are you? I have finally committed 100%. EAting low carb again. On it for two months now and over that first hump, almost down a full size. I was lucky to find a great group of ladies on facebook but thinking I of using sparkpeople again to plug in all my info. It's good to see a few friends still going strong! (hugs)
