Well, I have chosen a phoenix to represent a "weight lose" re-birth. I use to be very average in size (not thin but not fat, a solid size 8) and completely happy with myself. I think I was around 160.
One thing lead to another, I met my husband (gained weight (about 10 pounds)), got engaged (gained more weight (another 15)), got married (gained even more (another 15)), got pregnant - GAINED 80 POUNDS at the height of my pregnancy (270pounds)! Yikes!!!
I tried nutrisystem (wasted money lost 5 pounds & gained 7 in the end), tried curves (not a fan), tried a few fad diets (did ok, but gained it all back).
As of today, I weigh in at 214. Time to get back in control of my eating, I am tired of changing what I need/want for those around me, particularly my husband. He is my Saboteur, we've had countless fights over him sabotaging my diets - before this over & over...and those ALWAYS ended in me giving in. He constantly derails all my efforts, part of me thinks he's insecure for whatever reason if I lose weight & get to my goal - that I'll leave him...maybe I will....maybe I won't....and maybe he needs to get his head out of his butt and think that maybe I want this for me!
Case in point. I told him I was to be starting my diet Jan 1 - on Jan 1 ----he says let's got to dinosaur bbq for lunch. I said no, so he sat downstairs sulking, Dinosaur for dinner - no - sulking again! Sunday....Dinosaur for lunch ---NO GO BY YOURSELF! Dinosaur for dinner? NO!!!!! Did he go, nope sulking again! Argh! I am so frustrated, and he sees he's doing nothing wrong.
IT'S TIME FOR ME AND I WILL NO LONGER ALLOW OTHERS TO SET MY DESTINY!I look forward to rising up and shedding more weight – restoring myself.

Hve a great day ahead, I'm just putting on my sneaks and getting to my workout for this is my heavy day. 2 mile aerobic walk with Leslie, 30+ raking the yard! there is my cardio and then I will do a Coach Nicole video for resistance bands for 20 mins. and then into a 15 min. stablitiy ball video workout with Nicole! Then i will sit down and have lunch and keep it healthy. Kay & the Pups

1)Under My Trackers, put the arrow on My Tracker then click Start Page
2)On Start Page under Welcome is in red Account/E-Mail Prefernces
3)Click the account /Email Prefernces
4)Now look for the file Community and click it
5)you now want to go down to Spark Teams (set up , include yourself on map) and Click the spark teams
6)you are now looking at all your teams and what you would like
New Member; new topic;Dispay on Spage;Show on Team Map under that label check the box that you want to appear on the Team Map

Thanks for the goodie! I saw the email come through on vacation and it gave me motivation to stay on track. Well I did eat a lot on vacation but I got a lot of exercise too. ;) Have a great day!
