Hope is more than dreaming.
The way of the Lord is a stronghold to the upright... The righteous will never be shaken. (Proverbs 10:29-30)

We toss around words like faith and love all the time. And most of us can describe both with little difficulty. But Hope? What is it?
And is it that essential?
Webster defines Hope, "to desire with expectation of fulfillment."
To Hope is to anticipate. It is more than dreaming. However, It is possessing within ourselves an expectation that someday there will be the fulfillment of that desire. It will become a reality. Hope always looks to the future. It's always on tiptoes. It keeps us going. it makes a dismal today bearable because it Promises a brighter tommorrow. Without Hope, something inside all of us dies......
We can live several days without food, days without water, and only minutes without oxyzen, but without Hope----------forget it.


Make sure your HOPE is base in the Lord and what He wants for you. Sometimes He leads us one way for awhile and then it's time to move on or grow. Sometimes we try to hold on where we're at when we shouldn't. It can be unhealthy and uncomfortable.

But when we let go and Hope in God, life is beautiful again.


DIRECTIONS TO OUR FATHER'S HOUSE.
Make a Right onto Believeth Blvd.
Keep straight and go through the Green Light, which is Jesus Christ.
There, you must turn onto the Bridge of Faith, which is over troubled water.
When you get off the bridge, make a Right turn and Keep Straight.
You are on the King's Highway - Heaven-bound.
Keep going for three miles: One for the Father, One for the Son, and One for the Holy Ghost.
Then exit off onto Grace Blvd.
From there, make a Right turn on Gospel Lane
Keep Straight and then make another Right on Prayer Road
As you go on your way, Yield Not to the traffic on Temptation Ave.
Also, avoid SIN STREET because it is a DEAD END.
Pass up Envy Drive, and Hate Avenue
Also, pass Hypocrisy Street, Gossiping Lane, and Backbiting Blvd.
However, you have to go down Long-suffering Lane, Persecution Blvd. And Trials and Tribulations Ave.
But that's all right, because VICTORY Street is straight ahead!

I eat 1200 calories a day. Cardio 45 minutes a day.
Exercise 3 times a week.(Variety. I love my stability ball.)
Sometimes on off days, lots of walking.
Maintain weight loss for over 6 months.. WooHoo.

Not bad I must say, from 210 to 142 . LOL
And even though I'm maintaining so far, I stay around to Motivate others. It will be almost 4 years for me in May.
Because of my Thyroids, I'll never be thin, but I'm healthy.

I get goosebumps whenever I listen to a recording of Dr. King's speech. Do I believe in the content of Dr. King's Dream? Very much so. But far beyond that, I hold his level of conviction as an example for all our lives.

* Live that Vision with every fiber of your being.

I actually weighed 210 before that.
Wanted to lose weight so I could be around longer.



At 135, goal met.

I Just cut back on portions and exercise more.



12000 steps a day.
