COINSHOOTER, welcome to P90X Men! And, hey, thanks for friending me : ) Looking forward to your check-ins on the Which Workout? How Many Calories? discussion thread. I'm kind of spinning my wheels on Round 2. Thought I'd have a clear run of 3 months to be able to go at it consistently till year's end but already I've had to take 2 weeks off due to family health issues. Back at it yesterday and today, away tomorrow, then serious again for a good week, I hope. I was really pleased with my results back at the beginning of 2011 and hope to look my best ever by Christmas.

When we feel the satisfaction of accomplishment we are motivated to take on new challenges. Knowing that the attention and resources we’ve channeled into a certain goal have brought us success gives us the confidence we need to take on more responsibilities. We also have a greater understanding of our own personal strengths, and that knowledge enables us to make good choices about the plans we make, the tasks we take on, and the new goals we wish to set for ourselves. We are ushered along by the momentum of our own success, and greater success naturally manifests as a result. Use today’s accomplishments to fuel you into action by taking on more endeavors, and you will enjoy still greater achievements.

Hi, COINSHOOTER. I notice that generally speaking, men don't participate much in co-ed P90X Sparkers, but men communicate plenty in 50+ Males. I started a team called P90X Men for men only, thinking guys doing P90X might exchange a lot more in a men's only group. I invite you to check it out, huddle with the team, and see if there are any threads there you'd like to join or if you'd like to start a thread of your own. Looking forward to seeing you there.

LOL, NO, I'm not on here 24/7...but I really wanted to swing by and tell you that YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY put your Steelers stuff out when you get there. Those wooses wouldn't have the nerve to do anything to them and if they did, they'd have a bunch of raging Steelers fans on their hands. PLUS, it would be awesome to come for a game. Not only would I get to tie my DHs hands behind his back and drag him by a rope (BENGALS FAN!) but it would be great company. My sisters are all Browns fans and I'm the only Steelers fan in the whole brood around here. Trust me, it sucks but I reign supreme. They don't mess with me anymore!

LOL!! Oh, the deafening roar of Steelers voices over the pip-squeaky shrill of Browns' voices! (I should be careful, haha, What if a Browns fan stumbled upon your page???) Oh well. If they stumble it isn't anything they don't NORMALLY do!

    I'm bad.
    But it's so much fun!
