Tracking - Yes! (Even the candy!!) Calories - No. 1910 by lunch, and I still feel stuffed, so I am done for the day! Exercise - I walked for 30 minutes... I may still do something more before bed, but as of this moment I am not feeling very motivated!
Tracking - no - I was grazing again today! I ate more snack-sized candies than I should have. I think there were 8 wrappers in my trash can by my desk and I don't even remember how many I must have thrown out in other trash cans... Calories - no! In addition to all that candy I had a big slice of chocolate cake... Exercise - YES! At least I got something right! An hour of walking plus two 20 minute strength videos and floor exercises.
