    Have a safe trip and enjoy your vacation!! Getting some walking in at the airport is a great idea!!!

    Tracking - yes
    Calories- yes (1350 - I only worked a half day, it is much easier to avoid the candy dishes for 3.5 hours than for 8-10!!
    Exercise - yes - 45 walking, 85 total

    Tracking - yes!
    Calories - close enough - 1519
    Exercise - yes - 85 minutes total, but my walking was with a video. we have had thunderstorms rolling in and out all day....

    Wednesday check-in

    Tracking - Yes! (Even the candy!!)
    Calories - No. 1910 by lunch, and I still feel stuffed, so I am done for the day!
    Exercise - I walked for 30 minutes... I may still do something more before bed, but as of this moment I am not feeling very motivated!

    Tuesday check-in:

    Tracking - no - I was grazing again today! I ate more snack-sized candies than I should have. I think there were 8 wrappers in my trash can by my desk and I don't even remember how many I must have thrown out in other trash cans... emoticon
    Calories - no! In addition to all that candy I had a big slice of chocolate cake...
    Exercise - YES! At least I got something right! emoticon An hour of walking plus two 20 minute strength videos and floor exercises.

    Exercise - yes! 30 minutes walking + 55 minute barre class (pilates/yoga)
