Every Journey Begins with a Single Step
I've been struggling with my weight since childhood and need to lose 50 pounds to cross over into a normal BMI. I want to become healthy so that I can set a good example for my family! I am married to my wonderful husband of 22 years, Steve, and we have a beautiful daughter, Sarah. We are all struggling with our weight. Another motivation for me to lose weight and become healthy is that I have pre-diabetes and high cholesterol. I'm thankful that SparkPeople will help me along the way.

My Goals:
I want to lose 50 pounds to get to a healthy BMI range. I want to build stamina and become a healthy example for my family.
My Program:
I am going to use SparkPeople to track my nutrition and exercise. I am going to ride the stationary bike for 30 minutes and do the circuit training for 30 minutes at Planet Fitness twice a week. I will also do the Spark People Total Body Sculping DVD once a week!
