New Life Journey

My goal is to change myself as a person; mentally and physically. Since I have reached my fourties it seems like I see the world thru a different set of glasses. Life is different and I appreciate things more than I ever did when I was younger.

I want to reach my goals more than ever before. This past year due to an injury due to exercise I was unable to work out for a long time. Then when I did start to work out again I re-injured my back again. So I am taking things slowly and ...

Then when I did start to work out again I re-injured my back again. So I am taking things slowly and carefully, learning to watch my moves and stretch a lot, do more yoga.

Determined to reach my goal, slowly but surely. I know I can do it and this time I will reach it. I see it and nothing tastes as good as being slim does! :)

To be mentally and physically strong... a healthy role model for my two sons and stronger partner for my husband.

Other Information:
Be strong for yourself otherwise if you can't be strong for you.... then it is hard to be strong for your family and friends..... Hard to be there for others when you aren't being your 100% of YOU! :) Lived this and learning it the hard way.
