“Sometimes it's the smallest decisions that can change your life forever.”

I am a 20-something wife and mother, who is TIRED of being tired and ready to live life the way God intended me to live. I dont want another diet or crazy exercise killyourself-routine...I want a lifestyle change, I NEED the change.

I have been blessed with an amazing husband who supports me in every way and loves me for ME, who has a heart after God that drives me to do the same. Our sweet baby Gavin is the most precious gift He gave us that I have the privilege of staying home with to nurture and love every day!

I need and want the healthy radiant body that God desires for me to continue to enjoy His blessings!

I need the friendship and connection with others who understand this struggle, this affair with food that MUST stop if we want to enjoy life to the fullest...not just enjoy it a little, or even alot...but to the utmost that God has planned for us.

And I need/want those people who are REAL...who arent afraid to admit their struggles, weaknesses, doubts, fears, insecurities...and who will CELEBRATE even the smallest accomplishments...(you'd be amazed at how putting down the cookie or the extra serving of mashed potatoes can be such an accomplishment!)

I'm just ready to finally respect and take care of my body, to fuel it with the right foods, to maintain it and enjoy it as God designed me to do. (And I'm pretty sure my husband wont mind a bit! ;) )

I cant wait to get started and to meet some fabulous people along the way! :)

Fitness Minutes: 95

My Goals:
My goals are to live healthy, plain and simple.

My weight goal is 140-150..while all the medical charts say a healthy weight for my height (5'3) is 140, I enjoy having some curves and frankly I think 140 might be too small for my frame. But we will cross that bridge when we come to it :)

I want to build alot of strength and lean muscle...I dont want to feel tired after lugging my baby around on a shopping day...I want to feel strong and capable.

Most importantly, my goal is to feed my body with GOOD STUFF...foods that make me feel strong, satisfied, energetic, and healthy.

And I plan to have FUN along the way!


My Program:
-Word: I will satisfy my emotional cravings with His word, I need to be nourished by this everyday to avoid falling into emotional eating.
-WATER: 64 oz a day
-Walking: I will take my baby for a stroll around the neighborhood 3 days a week min., but aiming for everyday.
-Weights: I will do weight training 3 days a week.

My name is Bethany, I am a wife to an awesome man, and momma to 2 little ones 22 months and 7 weeks :) I stay at home with my little posse and sell Scentsy on the side.

Most importantly, I am a broken woman who has been covered in God's grace and redeemed...He is the lover of my soul and I would be absolutely lost without Him.


Other Information:
I have swapped out my old love of Sex and the City (well, most of it) for more applicable books...lately I have really been getting into books on homemaking, organizing/cleaning (probably because I am lacking those skills!) and some christian "romance" novels...I enjoy Francine Rivers, Janette Oke, and Beth Moore.

    Hi Bethany!! I hope you are doing well, and are getting some sleep! If I could give any new mom a word of advice, I would say don't worry about weight loss...that'll come. Don't worry about exercise - your body needs rest. (IF you can do little things here and there, but don't stress about an hour long cardio session!) The two main things that you should do: make sure you have plenty of healthy, quick snacks available...sometimes it's all we have time for! Veggies, fruits, nuts, bagels, peanut butter....things you can quickly grab, but will refuel you! The second thing - WATER!! Every time you sit to feed the baby, grab a bottle of water. It is SO important, and often something we forget to do when we're caring for our babies.
