My 26th Birthday at the Navy Pier- around 205lbs.

This is my "Goal" photo. I'm on the right, from my Jr. year in HS.- aprox 125-130lbs.

I have 2 pics in my gallery

Tired of being "Obese"

I feel healthy, My doctors tell me "If I was just going off your Labs/Blood pressure/ etc I wouldn't know you were overweight". I want to look sexy again.

My Goals:
See photo 2 over there? Yeah that's the goal. My goal on here right now is only 145 but if I can get there then I can knock off the final 20lbs and be back at my military weight.

My Program:
I am eating a Primal/Paleo diet (as close as possible). Lots of vegetables, lots of meat, and very low on the grains and refined sugars.

For exercise, I have been doing Just Dance on the Wii with my 6yo and using my 2yo as my personal weight set!

Personal Information:
I am originally from Antlers, Oklahoma. I am an Air Force Veteran and currently a Navy Wife. We are headed to Sasebo, Japan in July!

I have a convoluted story of how I ended up this big, ask me sometime! I love to talk.

Other Information:
I read a lot of YA fiction; I love Tamora Pierce and Rick Riordan, they are my favorites. I also like Laurell K. Hamilton and have just started the Hunger Games trilogy.

I am also a self proclaimed geek. LIke the D&D, comic book, video game, Star Trek kind.

Hi! I am on the Chicago Team. I truly hope you can join us for an introductory meeting at the park district. I am planning our agenda, but a sketch of it includes: Introducing one another Brief discussion of various diets Sharing struggles and successes Opportunity to weigh-in (I will bring a doctor's scale - weighing in is totally optional) If you cannot make this meeting, I plan to hold the next meeting in the middle of February, so don't fret! (We probably won't always meet on Tuesdays; date and time is to be determined). Feel free to bring a friend; this meeting is open to the general public. I look forward to meeting you!

Welcome! If you need a shoulder, a friend or a virtual coffee at some point, drop by and say hello! I've been on sp for almost four months and am thrilled with the support and results. Thought I might pass it on... :).
