My Goals:
1.) work up to jogging 30 minutes straight.

2.) try kettlebells.

3.) work up to jogging 20 stair laps.

4.) be outside moving at least 5 days a week and involving the kiddos.

My Program:
I am tracking, eating healthy, and working out 5 days a week. Two days I am taking a turbo kick boxing class and the other three are at the gym.

Personal Information:
I'm from a small town that I love dearly. There are many things that I always want to do so I'm trying to become more healthy and active so that I have the energy to do them :) I don't have much support because my husband thinks I'm fine the way I am, which is sweet, but I want to be a healthier me. So I'm hoping to find people on here to help me and I will help them to achieve success!

Other Information:
I love doing anything with my kids! I love hiking, outdoors, reading, movies, crafts, cooking :)
