Thanks for the Goodie! It's cold and snowy here right now and the weekend forecast is for the upper 30's. I will be able to handle winter if this is how it's going to work; snow today and gone tomorrow!! emoticon

I love to complain about ST, but I love how strong and powerful I feel afterwards even more. What a confidence builder. Now if I could build some confidence for the scary yoga class...

We are a rural area and have fairly skanky gyms. I would not join the gyms we have here. The closest Golds gyms is 70 miles away. So I'm not sure if we would have quality trainers here due to that.

I really like your training goals. I think I chiefly need to get back to walking, gardening, dancing, yoga, swimming. My doctor actually told me not to strength train any more. I'm more muscular than he is. LOL. I have plenty of muscle it's just completely covered in flab. Right now I'm just trying to maintain the muscle mass I have. I don't want to become weak. I can tell the difference from when I was walking 6 miles a day and need to get back there.

Good Afternoon,

Thanks for the comments on my photos. I live less than a mile from the lake and it is one of my favorite places to walk. There is a walking path along the north side, which goes through two city parks. I almost always find something to photograph.
