You and me both sister!! haha..I can be sooo bad with food-but the good news is once you get into the groove of eating healthy, it's not SO bad..haha..it's just getting into that groove that is hard :) Good luck sweets!
Thanks for adding me :) I needed to lose about 50 pounds my self. I have lost some already, but still a long way to go. I haven't been on SP every day like I was in the beginning.
