Here's my history - I've been overweight as long as I can remember. My first memory of being overweight was having to get weighed in front of my whole class in grade 7. I was 168 pounds. I gained another few pounds in high school, but stayed at about 175. When I moved away for college, I quickly shot up to just over 200 pounds. And then I got pregnant and I was up to 270 after I had my daughter.
I stayed there for a year. In the last 6 years, I have lost 100 pounds, but have been at a standstill for 2 years, fluctuating between 170 and 180. I joined Spark a while back, but lost my spark sometime soon after. I turned 30 in November and decided I've had enough of being overweight and unfit. I want to finally start living my life.
I started this second journey looking for weight loss. I wanted to be down to 135 and 140. But since then, I've refocused my goal. I want to be fit. I want to be healthy. I want to feel good about myself. This is my new mission.

My Program:
I am not currently on any program. My "program" is to eat better and move more.
I am starting slowly this time. I'm going back to where I felt the healthiest, where I was a vegetarian and ate clean.

Personal Information:
I live in a small town in Eastern/Northern Ontario. My household consists of my fiance, my 9 year old daughter, Casey, my black lab, Abby, my golden lab, Nayla, and my kitty, kimono.
