My Goals:
First goal = get under 300lbs

Second goal = get to 275

My Program:
Watching what I eat, trying to go sugar less and low fat. Trying to make it to the gym 2-3 times a week and work on w/ a DVD the remaining days of the week.

Personal Information:
I have PCOS and am TTC...hopefully weight loss will help.

Welcome to the 300+team. 300 is such a BIG number but if we persevere, focus and motivate one another we can reach our goals!
We have so much of life ahead of us and it is so much better to work on ourselves and reach for our goals.
We can do it-- we are worth the effort!
