Living for a healthier me!

Ready for my outside to match the person I am inside. So many times I've said this is it, but I'm here on this journey one more time and for the last time. I know the journey will no doubt be easy or quick. Shortcuts have gotten me where I am today, so now it's time to take that long winding road to a healthier me. I'm a firm believer you learn from your past and it's what strengthens you.

Where I've failed before is now my strength. I'm tracking what I eat, counting my calories, drinking my water, exercising and journaling daily. My journal is my therapy where I document my successes daily, and when times get hard I can look back at those days and realize that I did and can do it. I'm taking my life back and weight loss attempts will no longer become my life story. As with Michael, "This is it"! Weight will no longer be in control of me, I'm in control of my weight!

Current Size 22/24

Goal 1: Size 20 by May (reached April)

My overall short term goal is to get to 200. After that time I'll set my new goals.


My Program:
My program consists of eating 5 small meals throughout the day then eating a sensible dinner keeping me within 1200 calories. I have committed myself to working out 3days a week.

"Beautiful Woman Award! Once you've been given this award, you have to paste it on the wall of 8 women who deserve it. If you receive more than 3, you know you're really beautiful!
