Well spark friends I am back and ready to continue my journey that I started before the twins came along. I have put on a little more weight but it's all go. My focus is in the right place now. I have received an three month membership to 24 hour fitness and I'm attending Zunba class 3x a week and kickboxing class 2x a week.


01/01/10 Has come and I am ready to start this year off right and do this thang. Over the next two weeks I will be detoxing from the Holidays. Eating lean meats, only greens veggies, water and green tea. The I will introduce ww carbs back into my diet.

12/7/09 Well my 6 week checkup went well and I just got the all clear to excersie. "Sugarbaby" is ready for the "Caramel Candy Cuties" Challenge...Bring it on ladies. This is my time to get in shape before my New Year starts (June 22 that right my B-day starts a new year for me).

Well Ladies, I am back and ready to get back on track. During my whole pregnancy I have only gain 33lbs and two weeks after I delivery I am back down to 214 my pre-pregnanct weight...Ya!!!!! Now I am on my quest to continue my journey to lose all this weight and live a healthy lifestyle. My New Year starts on my B-day (6/22/10) I have set my goal to be and size 10/12 by my B-day.

Yes, all my hard work of trying to be healthy, fit and fine now I have to be healthy, fit and pregnant. I will still continue to work out to maintain being healthy while pregnant.

I am decidicated to reach my goal for 2009 and I plan on reaching it goal by 6/22/09 which is my 35th Birthday. Currently, I have drop from a 18/20w to a 16 on a low carb eating plan in the last two months, which I am proud of.

March 09.... My monthly goal is to drop into a size 14 this month. I am taking the last week of February off so I can rethink my program and to rest for a week. The month of March I will be pushing myself to the limit to acheive this goal for the month.

I do exercise 5 days a week and double my cardio two times a week.

**Monday: Tm 40 mins (fat burner circuit)

**Tuesday: Tm 40 mins (cardio circuit) and Tae Bo (fat burner)

**Thursday: Tm 40 mins (cardio circuit) and Tae Bo (cardio express)

**Friday: Tm 40 mins (fat burner circuit)

**Ever other Saturday: Tm 40 mins (run sprints 2 mins and rest 2mins in between) and Tae Bo (Fat burner)

I will measure my weight in sizes instead of weight because I am searching for a certian size instead of weight which my goal is to be an size 12. I do think that this goal is very attainable.

March 15........1st goal size 14 (full body massage)

June 22.......... 2nd goal size 12 (trip to Jamacia 7/2-7/5)

3/23/09...Ok ladies I did not make my 1st goal of fitting into a size 14 so I didn't not get my full body massage. I am trying regain my motivation i got thrown off when I had my dental surgery on 3/7/09. As of 3/22 I am starting back on SBD phrase 1 to jump start my weith loss again. This time I am going to make this a 4 week challenge along with setting goals to workout. with this 4 week plan I should fit into a size 14.

Sunday.......... Treadmill 3 miles & Lowerbody
Monday......... Ellip. Machine 30mins & Upperbody
Tuesday...........Treadmill 3 miles & Kickboxing 40mins

Friday.............. Ellip. Machine 30mins & Upperbody
Saturday............Treadmill 45 mins & Kickboxing 40mins

3/29/09... Okay, ladies. Last night I was trying to see where I lost my focus at dealing with my weight loss. I realize that before I had brought my scale I measuring my success with my clothes. Than I started getting on the scale....THAT'S WHEN I WENT WRONG.... My husband had to sit me down and talk to me about it. I was getting depress by the day where as I didnt want to workout anymore, check this website and just eat what.
My co-worker gave me a book a quotes and i found this one that I am starting to read...."Instead of wallowing in my misery, I just have to make changes" and the other one is "Dont let anyone steal your spirit (Joy)". When this being said I was letting the scale steal my spirit (Joy) of losing the weight. Today, I am feeling so much better since I realize that I am not going to let the scale dictate my success with this weight loss.
